Revenue Science appointed Bill Ruckelshaus COO and CFO. Ruckelshaus was given the expanded role after serving as CFO for two years.

Ringleader Digital hired a VP of product management. Sonjoy Ganguly was director of product management at DoubleClick's rich media product line. He was previously with TheLadders.com.

Glam Media's family channel added Womensforum.com to its network. The network of more than 40 sites will be an anchor partner in Glam's Moms category.
